Using Gmail Keeper

Basic concepts:

Gmail Keeper organizes and manages the backup and restore jobs with backup profiles. A backup profile is a set of info that Gmail Keeper needs in order to perform a backup or restore, including the following info:

1. Email address;

2. Gmail login password;

3. Gmail folder selection that you want to backup;

4. Gmail label selection that you want to backup;

5. File name of the backup target archive;

6. Scheduling options: daily, weekly or monthly. For each option you can input the day and time parameters.
