Gmail Keeper Main Window

Lists all Gmail backup profiles in Gmail Keeper. Right click for context menu so that you can select a command to operate on the selected profile.

When the selected profile is in progress this area shows the current progress and activities.

This column shows the name of the backup profiles.

This column shows the file name of the backup target zip archive.

This column shows the scheduling mode and the next scheduled running date of the profiles.

This column shows when were the profiles backed up last time, it provides you the info needed to determine when should be the next   backup time.

This column shows the current status of the profiles. A status can be Idle, backup in progress, completed, and so on.

This column shows the current progress of the profiles.

Click this button and Gmail Keeper will run in the background. You can click the tray icon to call it back on the screen.

Click this button to start the selected Gmail backup profile. Click the small back arrow you will see more options such as backup all, etc.

Click this button Gmail Keeper will open the backup archive with your default archiver program. If you don't have one, check the free zip tool 7-zip.

 

By clicking on the small black arrow you can see other options, E.g.   Show the backup archive in Windows Explorer, etc.

Click this button to edit the selected backup profile.

Click this button to add another backup profile, be it a general Gmail account or a Google Apps account. You can add as many accounts as you want.

Click this button to stop the current activity (backup or restore) of the selected profile. Click the small black arrow for more commands such as 'Stop All', etc.

Click this button to start restore to a Gmail or Google Apps email account.
